1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to mctrainer.club, the MCTrainer Minecraft network and related features such as player profiles, leaderboards, match replays and Discord account linking.
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@mctrainer.club.
2. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- Minecraft UUID, current and previous usernames and player skin.
- IP addresses, connection times, server history, playtime and login activity.
- Training scores, performance measurements, match results, ratings, rankings and FFA statistics.
- Player settings, friends, cosmetics, kits, replay favorites and virtual currency activity.
- Reports, moderation actions, anti-cheat alerts and related security information.
- Technical website logs such as IP address, requested page, browser information, timestamp and error information.
3. Match replays and analysis
Some PvP and bot matches are recorded so players can watch replays and receive performance analysis.
A replay may contain player names and UUIDs, position, movement, viewing direction, ping, health, equipment, inventory changes, block changes and combat actions.
Chat messages visible to a replay participant may also be included in the recording. This can include messages sent by players who were not participating in the match.
PvP replays are normally retained for up to 90 days. Bot replays are normally retained for up to 14 days. Favorited, protected or moderation-related replays may be retained longer.
4. Communications, Discord and moderation
Chat and private messages pass through MCTrainer systems so they can be delivered and checked for abuse. MCTrainer does not maintain a general private-message archive, but message content may appear in reports, moderation records or recorded matches.
When you link a Discord account, we store your Discord user ID, Discord username, Minecraft UUID and the linking date. Temporary linking requests expire automatically. You can unlink your account through the Minecraft server.
Reports and moderation records may contain player and staff identifiers, reasons, evidence, internal notes, timestamps and actions such as warnings, mutes, kicks or bans.
5. Public player information
Selected information may be displayed publicly on the website, leaderboards or Minecraft network, including:
- Minecraft username, skin and UUID.
- Rankings, ratings and gameplay statistics.
- Match results, opponents and replay information.
- Selected activity and training information.
IP addresses, Discord identifiers, private messages and internal moderation notes are not intended to be displayed publicly.
6. Website analytics
MCTrainer uses a self-hosted Umami installation to understand how the website is used. Umami may process page URLs, referrers, browser, operating system, device type, language and approximate location.
Standard Umami analytics do not use tracking cookies or follow visitors across unrelated websites. An IP address may be used temporarily to create an anonymous session identifier and estimate location, but is not intended to be stored in the analytics database.
7. Advertising and privacy choices
MCTrainer uses Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and participating advertising providers may process cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, browser information and interactions with advertisements.
This information may be used to select advertisements, prevent fraud, limit how often an advertisement is shown and measure advertising performance. Personalized advertising is only used where permitted and, when required, after consent.
You can accept, reject or manage optional advertising purposes through the privacy message shown on the website. You can change your selection later through the available privacy settings.

8. How information is used
We process information to:
- Operate and secure the website and Minecraft network.
- Maintain player profiles, settings and social features.
- Provide matchmaking, statistics and leaderboards.
- Create match replays and performance analysis.
- Detect cheating, spam, abuse and security incidents.
- Respond to reports and support requests.
- Understand website usage and display advertising.
9. Service providers and retention
Information may be processed using hosting, database, analytics, email, advertising and authentication providers. This includes services related to MongoDB, Redis, Google, Discord and Mojang/Microsoft where applicable.
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the service. Some profile, statistics, security, transaction and moderation information may be kept longer than ordinary gameplay data.
Information may also remain temporarily in backups or caches after deletion. Security records may be retained when necessary to enforce restrictions, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with you. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
To submit a request, contact contact@mctrainer.club. We may ask you to verify control of the relevant Minecraft or Discord account before completing a request.
11. Children and policy updates
MCTrainer is not intended for children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes that a child under 13 has provided personal information can contact us to request its review or removal.
This policy may be updated when MCTrainer features, providers or privacy practices change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
